As you can see the whole floor front and back floor is gone!!! Here is where the real work begins. The next few pictures will help you to make some of yours panels if you decide to.

This picture shows the rear floor before it was removed. Notice the very bad condition of the supports and the floor itself. This whole floor will be replaced with a new floor panel and floor supports. The last picture shows the rear floor removed in one piece.

If you decide to make your rear floor panel here is what I came up with. First one shows how the floor ribs are laid out. Figure 1 shows the rear floor with a 1/2 lip all round the outside edge. A easy bend to make. Figure 2 shows the floor ribs are one inch in size. The rear floor is 36x42 1/2. Jeep's measurements are easy in all end 1/2 or a whole number. There is on more size I need to get it is floor supports size. This will be add when I get the support off for a accurate measurement.
